6.1 Modifying the registry key

- When the Registry Editor opens, navigate to the following key in the left pane: Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Policies/Microsoft/WindowsDataCollection
- In the right pane, locate the DWORD AllowTelemetry parameter and set it to 1. If this DWORD does not exist, you must create it manually and change the value to 1.
