As I said before, IPTV Smarters doesn’t have its own channels. It’s simply a middleman that allows you to stream the channels you have access to through your IPTV service provider.

Therefore, you must be subscribed to at least one IPTV service to use IPTV Smarters.

When you start the IPTV Smarters application for the first time, the first window that appears is the Terms of Use. Scroll down and press Accept
