    Ross K Baker, Rutgers political science professor, talks to Bennet Kelly, host of WebmasterRadio.FM’s CyberLaw and Business Report.

    Baker will be visiting the Miami Book Fair this month to promote his new book: Is Bipartisanship Dead?: A Report from the Senate,  Baker interviewed both Democrat and Republican Senators about bipartisanship in Senate committees and on the Senate floor analyzing the role of party leaders and their impact on supporting or discouraging cross party efforts.

    Baker is a regular contributor to USA Today and author of Friend and Foe in the U.S. Senate (Copley, 1999) and House and Senate (Norton, 2008).
