California Privacy Legislation passed: Internet Eraser Law For Teenagers and Opt Out of Online Tracking. California governor Jerry Brown signed into law a bill changing the way websites deal with Internet users under the age of 18, and will soon sign a bill that would require websites to tell all Internet users if and how they can opt out of online tracking. Bennet speaks with Harriet Pearson from Hogan Lovells talking from IAPP Privacy Academy in Seattle about the flurry of privacy legislation being enacted in California.
